Dear Yvonne,
I cannot say enough good things about your beautiful house. My group and I were so sad to leave that we are already planning on returning! Finding the house was the hardest part as it's in this little community with some unmarked streets, and its at the end of one of the roads, but once we found it, it was a breeze to come and go. We had 8 people in our group ranging in age from 21-27 and at first we were a little nervous about there not being a television in the house, but we did not miss it at all! There is so much to do in the house and in the area that a tv is totally unnecessary. The pool is an added bonus of course and the scenery around the house is breathtaking. Yes, there are lizards, coqui's, snails and other bugs that come and go, but we consider that part of the beauty of staying in a house in the rainforest. Falling asleep to the sound of coqui's was so relaxing and truly made us feel like we were getting the whole "Puerto Rican" experience! The house had everything we needed, from boogie boards and snorkeling equipment to towels and blankets. There was even a very cool domino table! I think our very favorite part of the house is the HUGE balcony that wraps around the 2nd floor. We spent most of our time outside talking, laughing, eating, etc. The hammocks were heaven :)
Anyway, young or old, adventurous or not, I recommend this house to everyone. It really is a little paradise!
Owner's Response: Dear Raquel,
I am so happy that you and your group had a wonderful stay. ...and that you enjoyed the whole Puerto Rican experience. I agree with you, there is nothing like lying in a hammock and listening to the 'coqui concert'
All the best to you and your friends. Yvonne Morell
