Situated on a double lot on a quiet street in Holgate - the serene south end of LBI. Steps to both ocean and bay. Short walk to the bird sanctuary and preserve at the south end of the island, where you can sit and enjoy the views of the ocean and the Atlantic City skyline.

The beautiful reverse living 2500 sq ft home sleeps 10. Unusual extra-large rooms with lots of space and comfort. Very spacious top floor- living, dining, kitchen, and master bedroom suite., all with hardwood floors.

All 4 bedrooms have king-size beds and room to spare. TVs and generous closets in each bedroom. There are convertibe twin beds in the porch.

The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, undercabinet lighting, and granite counter tops.

. Celing fans in every room.

Beautiful Brazilian mahogany/fiberglass deck with gorgeous bay views, and retractable awning. On the deck just steps from the dining table is a natural gas Weber grill.

The full baths have tumbled marble floors and enclosures and granite counters. The master has large walk-in shower.

Family room has gym quality recumbent bike and treadmill, a large screen TV with surround sound speaker system. There is also an extra mini-fridge and microwave.

There is a very large yard and ample off-street parking , as well as a hot and cold outside shower.
