The Chateaubriand II is a big apartment of 1000 sq. feet located on the 3rd floor of a triplex. It includes 2 bedrooms with queen size beds, a therapeutic bathtub and 5 appliances, office with WIFI, 42’’ LCD screen, etc.

We are located in the Rosemont – Petite Patrie area, 5 minutes walk from Metro Jean-Talon. The area is very nice and safe, very lively. We are a few steps away from the St-Hubert shopping area, 5 minutes from the famous Jean-Talon market known for its culinary diversity and its fresh produce and next to the Little Italy known for all its various restaurants and terraces. There’s a mix of Latin and Asian cuisine around the area.

The Plateau Mont-Royal is located within 15 minutes walk . All the main attractions, Downtown Montreal, Old Port, Universities and museums are all accessible via the subway and all within 15mins. Best way to see Montreal is via its subway system, also if you like to bike, you will find a BIXI station located near the apartment.

But if you have a car, you can park on the street in front of the apartment for free.

Here are some of the main attractions that are near a subway station:

Montreal Casino, Les Quais du Vieux-Port, St-Joseph Oratory, La Ronde, Botanical Garden & Insectarium, Biodome, Museum of Fine Arts, Notre-Dame Basilic, Pointe-à-Callière Museum and the Olympic Stadium.

L'appartement était comme décrit dans l'annonce.

Il était très spacieux, particulièrement propre et bien entretenu.

L'appartement se trouve très près du métro et d'un supermarché, d'une zone commerçante. Parfait pour allier visites et vie de quartier.

ET pour finir, super super accueil chaleureux, sympathique et professionnel d'Hélène. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié de l'avoir rencontrée.

Mon fils a adoré la présence d'un animal dans la maison (un chien).

On reviendra :-)

Super appartement

J'ai èté été enchantée de mon séjour dans le très bel apprtement d'Hélène. Confort , lits douillets et tout ce qu'il faut pour un sèjour agréable . Le quartier presente tous les commerce a proximitè , le metro â 5 mn à pied.

Quand je reviendrais à Montréal je louerai à nouveau cet appartement.

Perfect condo for our family vacation in Montreal.

The condo was just as shown, clean, tasteful decorations. The location was perfect for metro for seeing the sights and easy to get to Petit Italia. The air conditioning worked well to keep us cool. The beds were very comfortable, great nights sleep after our busy days in Montreal.

All the comforts of home

We were two couples staying in the apartment. It was located on the third floor. The owner met us upon arrival and showed us all of the amenities in the apartment. It was comfortable, clean, and well stocked. The area had many great restaurants and was conveniently located to the metro, only a block away. Thanks Helene for a wonderful experience staying at your place.

Phenomenal Apartment in Montreal

The apartment is just fabulous as it looks in the pictures. Wonderfully designed and impeccably maintained it was a real treat to stay here. The apartment has everything you could need for a comfortable, enjoyable stay. The apartment is in a great neighborhood and a quick 3 minute walk from the Beaubien metro station so it's super easy to get around Montreal. You can also walk to the Jean Talon market or Little Italy in 15 or 20 minutes from the flat.

Our favorite place ever in Montréal?!

When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised that the apartment was even better than in the pictures! Very nicely appointed bedrooms, a lovely kitchen, a large living room/TV room, and both front and back porches, the back with table and chairs and the BBQ.

The location itself is fabulous, with a Metro stop at the end of the block, a large IGA grocery about a two minute walk away, bagel bakery about three minutes, and Marché Jean-Talon about seven minutes away on foot. The area has vibrant cafes, an abundance of choices of cuisines,

and is also only blocks from some of Montréal's best shopping.

Even though we've spent a great deal of time in Montréal? over the last decade, our hosts helped us discover what was, for us, a new part of the city, the Jean-Talon Market area and Montréal?'s Little Italy. Our friendly hostess provided us with a nice map of the area, which she annotated by hand with approximate walking times and names of places she specifically recommended. In terms of dining, a pleasant find was El Rey Del Taco in the Marché; we had such a great breakfast there, we HAD to go back for dinner!

To sum up, friendly, gracious hosts, lovely apartment, fabulous location, a truly fun part of the city to be in, great dining! Highly recommended!
