Available all throughout the year for holiday lets, for short winter breaks and long term winter lets these apartments on the popular complex of La Isla in Javea offer a unique setting with its large tropical gardens offering a profusion of mature trees, flowering shrubs and lawns making it the perfect place for long hours of relaxation in the sun or shade. The lagoon style pool is breathtaking and has bridges and a centre Island. There are 7 Apartments on offer, Two in Block A, Two in Block C, and One in Block G and Two more advertised on 16274 a Two Bed Two Bath Second Floor Apartment in Block M and a large Ground Floor Garden Apartment in Block G giving families and friends the perfect opportunity to holiday together whilst remaining independent. The La Isla Apartments are within a few minutes walk of the 'Arenal' area of Javea which offers beautiful clean sandy beaches, a variety of water sports and a host of amenities such as shops, bars and restaurants.

Javea: The Javea area of the Costa Blanca is best known for its 20 km of unspoiled beauty, excellent 'Blue Flag' beaches and hidden coves. Javea itself is split into three main areas. The 'Arenal' which is within a few minutes stroll from La Isla Apartments offers beautiful sandy beaches, a promenade of shops, bars and restaurants with a small fair for the children in the Summer months with rides, trampolines and go-karts. Javea Port nearby is a traditional fishing Port with a large Marina, intimate cobbled streets, a brightly lit Promenade of restaurants and bars and clean pebbled beaches. The traditional historic Town has white house fronts and cobbled streets, it is a typical 'Spanish Town' relatively unspoilt with a quiet and relaxing ambience, it has many traditional 'Tapas Bars' and a weekly Market. The spectacular fiestas begin in June and continue throughout the Summer Months.

This Apartment has now undergone a complete refurbishment (April 2012) with a Modern, Contemporary look it is extremely comfortable and well equipped and offers bright and airy accommodation which comprises of a Modern Lounge with Dining Area, and Sofa Bed with Double Doors opening onto a warm and sunny Pool / Garden facing Terrace with Patio Furniture for dining 'Al Fresco'. The compact American style Kitchen is well equipped, there is one Double Bedroom with built in Wardrobe and Double Doors opening onto the Terrace There is One Full Bathroom with overhead Shower. This Apartment has Spanish Digital TV plus a DVD Player (Please note English Channels are not available in this Apartment) Hot & Cold Air Con is now installed for comfort in the Summer & Winter Months and the complex offers ample parking.

Nice and confortable! And new decorated.

I was extremely surprised when I read the comment posted. My experience in this apartment has been great and very rewarding. I would always recommend it. Very well hosted at our arrival, nice English speaking people and welcome gift, nice and clean apartment with neat decoration, confortable bed and extremely good location for beach, shops and walks. I agree tthe best part is the swimmimg pool!

We have enjoyed the same place for the last three years and have seen how decoration has been improved and has changed, and it is really looking much better now, so we have been telling our German friends to come to this place and suggest this place to stay.

Hard to put into words the state of this apartment from the previously kicked in front door to the stained bedding.agent seemed in denial as to the various issues re cleanness in this apartment but we could not stay there by far the worst we have experiened,only good area was the pool

Owner's Response: I am astounded to the above review received from this guest? The previous guests had vacated 2 days before and I received an email saying what a lovely apartment and would be returning next year!! These guests were attended by my Housekeeper immediately, a couple of areas had been missed mainly a sweet wrapper and dust inside a wardrobe, a full reclean was offered, as the guests were obviously not happy it was decided a relocation would be arranged other properties were available at this complex but they chose a modern property with additional facilities of wifi etc between the Arenal and Port areas of Javea. A great deal of time was spent by Staff preparing another apartment which was an upgrade, no further monies were charged. The Apartment is exactly as described with photos and did have a full refurbishment of Lounge and both bedrooms at great expense of the Owner in 2013. La Isla Complex is extremely popular with guests who return year after year. This guest did request financial compensation on their return to the uk which was not given as they were dealt with efficiently and given a full relocation which they were happy with.

Jávea es un paraíso en la costa mediterránea, y La Isla es un sitio encantador con jardín y una piscina espléndida, donde pasar unas excelentes vacaciones en un entorno cuidado. demás está a un paso de la playa y de la zona de tiendas y paseos, convirtiéndolo todo en una lugar tranquilo , pero con lugares donde pasar ratos divertidos.

Lo mejor ha sido el apartamento, decorado con gusto y con las comodidades necesarias , todo totalmente nuevo , con vistas a la piscina y con todo lo necesario para complementar nuestras vacaciones. Sin duda, un lugar para recomendar

best holiday at LA ISLA

Our stay at beautiful La Isla couldn´t have been any better. The apartment was so cool looking, very modern and nicely decorated, overlooking the communal gardens with a big swimming pool, and at a walking distance to the Beach and the Arenal area with restaurants and shops. At the same time the apartment was a very calm place to stay and rest

People were extremely nice and friendly and helped us with tips and places to go. And very good food. Try it!

Superb sorroundings and place to stay

two years ago we stayed in this apartment and this time we found it completely new decorated ! very modern looking and neat! we loved it and had a great time in this beautiful La Isla area with magnificent gardens and superb swimming pool, and so close to the beach! For sure we will go back .

"My experience could have been nice, but it wasn´t. I did everything that the owner required me. I would like talk about the place, but I can´t. SInce I left the apartment, I´ve tried to contact the owner by email or by telephone, without any results. I left several messages about the refundable security deposit. It passed 2 years, since august 2009 to June 2011, and I´m still waiting for my refundable security deposit"
