 Located in Smiths Beach only a 5 minute walk to the surf this spacious and sunny holiday home has heaps of room to accommodate 14 people, it is perfect for large families or even 2 families. This property is approx 10 minute walk to the Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit.

The upstairs living has a  family lounge room that has a flat screen TV DVD player comfortable sofas and large sliding doors opening on to the front deck.  A great feature of this property is the very large dining table with seating for 12, the kitchen is very well equipped with ample crockery, cutlery etc for 14 people.  There is a gas BBQ and a gas Webber on the back deck, The kitchen has gas cook top and electric oven, a microwave and a dishwasher. There is a split sytem heating and cooling unit in the dining kitchen area.

There is one queen bedroom upstairs and a bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet.

There is internal access.  Downstairs has the other four bedrooms, the bedrooms are zoned with connecting doors in each zone.

As you walk through the bedrooms on the LH side there is a bunk and a double bed this room also has a small TV and an old fashioned airconditioner / heating system, then you walk through an internal door to the bedroom with the queen size bed, this bedroom has sliding door out to the garden.

On the RH side the first bedroom has a bunk and a single then you walk through an internal door to the bedroom with the queen and the single.  There is a bathroom downstairs that is combined with the laundry. The bathroom has a shower, basin and toilet, and there is the washing machine, iron and ironing board. 

One of the best features of this home is the converted garage that has been turned into an games room with a pool table, flat screen TV, bar fridge, sofa's a great space for the teenagers. There is also a table tennis table in another converted garage. There is also a hot and cold shower.

This is a great family holiday home perfect for your next holiday or weekend getaway.  

The property is fully fenced and pets will be considered.
