The first thing you will notice about this elevated home situated in Skenes Creek's premier street are the breathtaking views of the blue ocean the beach and surrounding undulating hills.

" IL MARE " is a private 4 bedroom two story beach house refurbished to create a sense of style relaxed living and tranquility.

Downstairs consists of two very large bedroom suites which enjoy ocean views and have their own bathroom/ en-suite. Each bedroom has a sitting/reading area and its own TV. One bedroom has a king sized bed and the other a queen. Up stairs consists of two further bedrooms . One room contains  a king single bed and the other a tri- bunk bed (single and double). (Trundle bed may be provided but a maximum of 8 people will be accepted.) Family bathroom.

The living area features a large scale lounge room with comfortable big "sink in" lounges, TV , DVD , CD , wood heating, separate dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave oven. Decking runs along the width of the home front and back , ideal outdoor spaces where you can enjoy sipping a glass of champagne or alfresco dining.
