About this property

Beautifull modern House with 2 bedroom with modern finishes. Sea View,and beautiful sunsets. Green surrounding and panoramic view over Estreito da Calheta. Very good sun exposure.Casa da Pinheira sits on the hillside overlooking the pretty village of Estreito da Calheta in SW Madeira. This bit of coast, known as the boasts some of the most beautiful views in Madeira and as such is fast becoming the place to live and holiday for the discerning. The house is detached and set in well tended gardens with sun terraces for outdoor eating and sunbathing. It also has a BBQ area . Inside the house offers spacious accommodation and is furnished to a high, contemporary standard. The master bedroom has a king size bed and large bathroom. The other bedroom have twin beds. Both bathrooms have showers. The large open-plan living area has two sofas, TV with cable, DVD, video and CD players, and a large dining table. For the winter months there is and oil filled radiators for the bedrooms. The kitchen has ample cupboard space with granite worktops, an electric oven and hob, microwave, washing machine. There is WiFi available. The house is ideally situated for the sandy beach and levada walking.

Lovely accommodation

The whole property was of generous proportions, clean and well equipped and excellent value. The two shower rooms were large with big walk-in showers. All the bedrooms were really large good doubles. The lounge dinner was huge...lots of room for 6 adults. The property was easy to find with good access onto the main road. Calheta area is much quieter than Funchal and gives good access to the West, Centre and North of the Island. We would stay there again

Tolles Haus in super Lage

Waren über Weihnachten zu dritt in diesem schönen, gut ausgestattetem Haus. Gute Lage für Ausflüge an allen Ecken der Insel. Höhepunkt war am 23.12. der Weihnachtsmarkt in Funchal. Der Vermieter hat häufiger nachgefragt, ob alles i.O. ist und uns Tipps für Einkaufen und Ausgehen geschickt. An Ausstattung haben wir überhaupt nichts vermisst, es war alles vorhanden. Die Zimmer sauber und groß, ebenso die Bäder. Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen.
