About Kevin and Pam McBroom
The McBrooms have called St. Augustine home since 2011. They hail from Tennessee, but have fallen in love with the Florida lifestyle and the many fun activities of St. Augustine.
Kevin and Pam McBroom purchased this Condo in 2016
Why Kevin and Pam McBroom chose Crescent Beach
The McBrooms purchased this condo to accommodate visiting family and business associates. The unit was completely remodeled and refurnished in late 2016/early 2017 with top of the line cabinetry, quartz countertops, tile bath/shower and new appliances and decor. They chose this particular unit because of it's first level location in relationship to the dunes. Most of the lower level units have an obstructed view of the ocean, but not Pam's Palm Place. In fact, our favorite feature of our condo is that you have a beautiful private ocean view from the patio without the restrictive railing of the upper levels. As the sun heads west over the complex, you can move your lounge chair out into the grass and still soak up some rays or enjoy the shade on the patio.
What makes this Condo unique
Queen storage bed. Full sleeper Sofa. 50 inch TV. Wireless internet. Recliner. Blender (may sound trivial but they are rare!) Private patio with love seat and rocking chair. Beach chairs. Beach umbrellas. Beach towels. Laundry. Heated pool. Ice machine. Four restaurants within walking distance.
100% refund if cancelled at least 60 days before arrival date.
Bucket List Dream Vacation
The condo was perfect in every way. Crescent Beach was a great location.
Close enough to enjoy beautiful St.Augustine and far enough away to be out of the traffic congestion .
My husband and I loved our stay! The condo was immaculate and very nicely updated, very cute!! It felt spacious for 400 sqft, plenty of room for two with plenty of storage. The view from the private patio is second to none. The heated salt water pool was fantastic as well. Crescent beach was beautiful. We both agreed that we would love to come back and stay at Kevin & Pam's place again! Perfect for a couple's getaway
Excellent condo on the beach, everything you need for your stay, and beautiful décor. Perfect for 2 people. Amazing views of the dunes and ocean. Owners great to work with, and very helpful if you need any advice or information. Loved visiting and we will be back someday. Kay
Incredible vacation home!
We stayed for 3 nights and it was just perfect! The condo is very comfortable, nicely decorated and in a great location. The patio on the first level felt very private with comfy furniture and awesome views of the ocean. It was very easy to grab the beach chairs and beach towels that were provided and quickly get to the beach. The beach is honestly one of the best I have seen! We liked the location and were able to walk next door for a fun casual dinner. The condo had everything we needed. Kevin was very responsive in getting back to us with a question while we were there. We would definitely consider staying again!
Great little getaway
Kevin and Pam are great and the unit is fantastic. Yes its small but it is located right next to the water and the building has its own boardwalk over the dunes. Being on the first floor we could see the waves crashing but not anyone actually on the beach which made it feel more private. It was about a 20-25 minute drive to St Augustine itself which is great - close enough to get some good food and see the sights but far enough away to feel secluded. Crescent Beach is amazing - the sand is super nice and the beach is great for walking on.
Kevin and Pam were super responsive to messaging and had lots of great suggestions for the area. The guestbook is also filled with gems from previous travelers :).
Exactly what we needed.
Everything they said about their home was exactly what we got. The location is great, ocean view is beautiful, and as for the size it was plenty of room for my wife and me. Short, pleasant drive to St Augustine. Thanks Kevin & Pam.
St Augustine, the oldest city in America, is just a handful of miles north on A1A. Hundreds of shopping and dining opportunities along with dozens of historical sites make St. Augustine one of the premier tourist attractions in America. Oh, and don't forget the beaches.
