The villa is a minimalistically styled contemporary house with six bedrooms, five bathrooms, a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, a winter garden, an office, dining and lounge areas. From the living room there is direct access to a large terrace surrounding the pool. This terrace extends into the pool house and the adjacent fully equipped exterior kitchen.

COURTYARD
The courtyard is the first area that meets the visitor after the motorised gate has closed. It is covered with light coloured gravel from the nearby Durance river in order to fend off the summer heat. There is ample space for parking three to four vehicles.

GARDEN
The pleasant and well-tended garden is covered mostly with lawn, and there are olive trees, lavender, almond trees, large pine trees, acacia and other exotic plants/trees.
