The house of Cal Xicot is an old rural house with capacity for 11 people. Currently renovated and restored, the house retains the original architectural structure. The house is located at the bottom of the volcanic valley of Begudà, in the Natural Park of the Garrotxa Volcanic Zone surrounded by meadows, forests, rivers and volcanoes.
In front of the house, the entrance stands out, you can eat outdoors always surrounded by a natural spectacle and a unique tranquility. Very close, the cottage of the house is equipped with barbecue and several garden utensils. Finally, twenty meters from the house you will find the fenced swimming pool surrounded by fruit trees.
The interior consists of three floors. In the basement you can enjoy an extensive game room with table football, table tennis and pool. On the first floor there is a hall with tourist information, a living room with a fire place, 42-inch flat TV and a Playstation 3 with games and movies. The dining room is spacious and has direct access to the kitchen and a toilet. Finally, on the third floor you will find two complete bathrooms, two double bedrooms and a quadruple room. To reach the 11 people of the house there is a sofa bed in the living room and an extra bed.
