About this property

Wonderful and quiet villa located in a consortium on the sea, so composed: double living room, fireplace, kitchen, 3 bedrooms all with double bed, one of which with en-suite bathroom, 2 bathrooms, habitable attic used as a gym, small terrace, all furnished. Large private garden with lawn, with patio for outdoor dining. The villa is in the center of the town, 53 km from Rome and 12 km from Anzio (RM) (seaside resort). We accept pets.

Close to everything...

We enjoyed our 6 day stay at Donatella's home! She picked us up from the airport late at night! I will never forget that incredible gesture of kindness. We were able to wLk a very short distance to coffee shop, several ristorantes and pizzeria. Supermercato is close by as well. I enjoyed sitting in the back under the canopy during the day and late at night. Neighborhood is very quiet. I loved the mattress and bedding on the double bed in rom with half bath. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots/pans, cutlery etc. My only gripe is no ice. They do not sell bags of ice anywhere! Remedy- we bought ice making bags at supermarket, fill with water and place in freezer for few hours...worked out great. We were comfortable and happy we selected Donatella's house.

A very nice and pleasant holiday

Spacious house, comfortable for 5 of us, sufficient size of bedrooms, kitchen well furnished, large bathroom, in one of the bedrooms additional toilet with a sink. Large and well-secured garden. Safe for children and dogs. Parking inside. A 2-minute walk away is a bar with a wide offer at any time of the day, just opposite and around there are a supermarket, green-grocery, butchers, fish shop and restaurant, pizzeria and more. We were driving to the sea, it took us maximum of 2 minutes. There is a parking lot, public and paid beach, the restaurant offers excellent food. Many interesting places in the region to visit. Rome easy to reach. Donatella is a very nice hostess, helpful, responds and solves immediately whatsoever is going on. Very easy communication with her :-)

Bella esperienza

La casa era molto bella, e grande e le foto sono fedeli, disponibilità di biancheria da bagno e da letto oltre ai teli da mare, cucina ben attrezzata con frigo e congelatore grande, forno e forno a microonde, lavastoviglie, giardino grande e ben curato. La proprietaria è stata molto gentile e disponibile sia con noi che con i bambini. La posizione è in una strada tranquilla e vicina a supermercato, pescheria e macelleria ma non vicinissima al mare, sono disponibili biciclette in uso agli ospiti. Grazie per la sua ospitalità!

Davvero tutto ottimo

La villa è decisamente molto bella, gli ambienti sono ampi e molto freschi e la cosa non è male soprattutto nei periodi molto caldi. Il grande giardino rimane il pezzo forte, veramente ben tenuto. La posizione è molto comoda, non distante dalla spiaggia e vicinissima ai servizi essenziali. La proprietaria è stata davvero molto gentile e disponibile. Consigliato.
