Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé une semaine à Lanzarote fin janvier. Une semaine de soleil et 22 degrés de moyenne sur la semaine. Appartement très bien placé sur l’île à 10 min de l’aéroport (on entend les avions décoller mais ce n’est pas gênant). L’appartement est très bien: superbe salle de bain, superbe cuisine équipé, terrasse et piscine commune très bien. Accès à la plage qui se situe à 100 mètres de l’appartement. Attention par rapport à l’annonce avec des photos d’un restaurant bar billard tout cela ne fonctionne pas en janvier… pour le reste de l’année je ne sais pas.

Don't book this place!

We had a horrible experience. We made a reservation a few days prior to coming. We received a full confirmation that the host is ready and expecting us. Once we arrived on the island I called the host and she had no idea we were coming! She only speaks French (I speak both Spanish and English) and we barely communicated. She then said that she can't rent the house because there were other people inside. After panicking (we arrived late and with a kid) she found a person to talk to me in Spanish and I got a call from the Vrbo agent. The result was that the house was not really occupied but has not been cleaned yet. Because it was late we still went it. We had to sleep on bed without sheets and had to wash them ourselves. The cleaning ladies arrived the next day afternoon. We received no compensation nether from the agency not the host for the first night. They both just made excuses. We payed the full price to feel not welcome and had a dirty house. I recommend you avoid this booking. The rest of the stay was okay, just unhappy how the host and Vrbo treated us, so unfair!

Playa Honda, una grata sorpresa

Casa tranquila y bien acomodada. La urbanización es tranquila y la piscina es una gozada. También tiene una playa a pocos metros bastante tranquila que permite disfrutar del baño y con algunas rocas que ayudan al buceo de los niños. La zona cuenta con restaurantes, supermercados y otros servicios. El paseo marítimo de Playa Honda es otro lugar bonito para pasear y disfrutar de sus tascas y restaurantes. El único pero es la cercanía del aeropuerto, pero no se nota mucho. Experiencia muy recomendable.

Parfait

Emplacement stratégique pour visiter l'île, cet hébergement a tout le confort nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour, terrasse au calme afin de partager les repas, literie de grand confort. Petit plus avec la piscine pour se rafraîchir après une journée de visite, tout cela était très plaisant. Mention spéciale pour Angélique, qui a été très gentille et serviable avec nous. Un grand merci à elle! Nous conseillons vivement cette location.

Property not prepared

Upon evening arrival, found property uncleaned, and no clean bedding or towels available. Contact with locaL agent allowed a cleaning team to arrive next day, but no property alternative was suggested, and a sleepless night in sundry bits of possible clean bedding followed. the cleaners arived we departed to allow them to work on the property, upon our return found that shoes were missing, scooped up by the cleaners, local agent chased but never found. All reported to owner who suggested two free nights at at future holiday, but no mention of the 49.95 euro paid out for a new pair of shoes! A LACK OF CARE BLIGHTED A POSSIBLE EXCELLENT HOLIDAY, AND IMPOSED COSTS FOR UNEXPLAINED LOSS OF ATTIRE.
