This luxury 4 bedroom naturally lit apartment is beautifully furnished and is very well equipped. The modern spacious open plan living area makes for great holiday fun and relaxation. The kitchen is well equipped, and the living area is equipped with a 42' LED TV which has a USB port. HD Cable TV connection with a large selection of channels is provided.

The apartment has two main bedrooms each with an en suite shower room. One of these showers has an interconnected utility room where you can find a washing machine and clothes dryer.

One of the remaining bedrooms also comes with an en suite shower. This is the largest bedroom in the apartment and if the group visiting is larger than 10 this room can easily take two extra beds. The last bedroom is actually two interconnected twin bedrooms. Complimenting the property is main bathroom with a 1.7m bath. The apartment also features internet connection, air conditioning in every bedroom, two air conditioners in the open plan, two closed balconies with side sea views and three outdoor balconies with side sea views.

This fantastic apartment is only 20 metres or ten seconds away from Malta's most beautiful promenade and close to all amenities.

The apartment which is just 10 seconds off the Sliema front, which stretches to St Julian to the North, and to Valletta to the South is also close to bus Stops. Public transport service is available to all areas either directly or via the main exchange in Valletta.

Sliema boasts a few of Maltas best parks and public gardens set by the pleasant rocky beaches enjoying picturesque views. In Sliema one can enjoy a large vriety of restaurants, cafes and bars. Sliema is also famour for shopping feautring Malta's largest shopping complex which is only a fifteen minute walk from this apartment. Sliema is also a harbour from where one can catch a ferry to cross over to Marsamxett or Valletta or even visit Comino or Gozo for a day or two. Having said all this Sliema has all it takes to be considered as the perfect location for your Malta holiday.

About Andre & Elaine Grech

Andre is Managing director of Managing Director of Mirachem (Wines & Spirits) Ltd., one of Malta's largest wine traders. The company employs 25 people. Andre is also Deputy Mayor of Hal Balzan a village in the centre of the Island of Malta. He started managing properties for holiday lets in 2012 with this apartment which was in fact his and Elaine's matrimonial home.

This property has been upgraded in the first half of 2015. This wide fronted property is close to all amenities as it is right in the heart of Sliema. Even though advertised as a four bedroom property it is considered as a five bedroom by property agents as two bedrooms are inter connected. Probably the only property on the market with ten comfortable beds in fully air conditioned bedrooms and four bathrooms.

A splendid modern apartment with a tremendous amount of bedrooms, great showers a kitchen with everything. 30 yards from the seafront. A wealth of places to eat and see right around the corner. Andre is a fantastic host, met us personally, helped with our bags and after we left found some items that we had forgotten and posted them to Ireland immediately. Stay there if you are going to Sliema.

Very impressive

Lovely spacious property. Very clean with all the equipment we needed for our stay. Andre was very helpful with information before our arrival and we did not need to bother him again as everything was in order. The location is close to restaurants and bars but also peaceful. Would recommend it for family groups.

Affordable Luxury

The apartment is really spacious and beautifully furnished. The location is ideal for some lovely restaurants, bars and beach clubs, and the ferry to Valletta is an easy stroll. Andre's close attention to our needs was really appreciated and we would definitely recommend this apartment to our friends.

Very spacious and perfectly located

It all started perfectly. Andre organised our transfers. Julian picked us up from arrival and took us straight to the apartment. Andre and Elaine welcomed us at the apartment and explained everything. The apartment is very spacious and the 8 in our group had loads of space. Three TVs, 6 air cons, a wonderful lounge area and 4 bathrooms. Apartment is also right in the Centre of everything. Highly recommended.

Super apartment, great location in Sliema

I highly recommend this apartment for your next stay in Sliema. Me and my family + friends were able to fully enjoy a 2 week fantastic stay without climbing on each other, the apartment is indeed spacious and comfy. You'll notice you will have it all around the corner: the Sliema beach, restaurants, shopping, buses, ferry, etc. etc...

In case of any issue (timing, washing machine) Andre and Elaine will solve it quickly and efficiently – super, thanks to the hosts!

Highly Recommend

Andre was fantastic, from the day we arrived to the day we left. He was always quick to respond to emails and always helpful. The apartment is located in a central location, everything is within walking distance. Our group was 12 people, and all of us had enough room without stepping on each others toes. We would stay here again.

Flat in a great location

A great week was had by all. The flat is in a wonderful location for swimming, eating out, and sightseeing. No need for a car as buses and ferries are close at hand. Weather was glorious, hot and sunny for most of the time. Andre was a great help and sorted out our minor needs, always very willing to oblige. I would certainly recommend this property to friends and relatives.

The rate is for a maximum of six persons. There is an additional charge of €20 per person per night if the group exceeds 6 persons. The maximum capacity of the apartment is 12 persons, 10 of which will sleep on beds and two will sleep on foldable beds. If the group exceeds 8 persons the cleaning fee will increase by € 10 per extra person. In order to confirm you booking a non refundable 50% deposit will have to be transferred.
