Playa - beautiful lateral penthouse, sea view

Magnificent side penthouse with sea view, which can accommodate up to 5 people, with fully furnished private solarium. Incredible view! real feeling of freedom. This apartment is located on the seafront, in a private residence, with a community outdoor swimming pool and above all direct access to the beach.
Located on the top floor of a two-storey building with elevator, this apartment has a master bedroom with a modern ceiling fan and a wall-mounted TV, a bedroom with 2 single beds also equipped with a modern ceiling fan, a complete bathroom with bathtub, WC and washing machine/dryer, air conditioning in the living room and the hallway, a beautiful living room, a well-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave , hob, coffee maker, etc.), a balcony (access possible from the living room and/or from the master bedroom) and finally a private solarium with a beautiful artificial lawn, landscapedwith taste (tables and chairs, lower garden furniture, shade sail, barbecue).
You can also park your vehicle for free in a private underground parking space, with secure access.
Important : Please note that the "roof terrace" area of this apartment will be available and equipped to receive guests only from May to the end of September each year. The other terrace (the one with direct access from the living/dining room or the master bedroom) will be available and usable by our guests all year round according to the established calendar.
A mandatory deposit of 400€ will be requested on the day of your arrival. Its payment can be made in cash or bank transfer (see detailed payment and return conditions with our agency). It is also specified that an inventory must be drawn up each time you enter and leave the accommodation. Once the inventory has been carried out, the tenants will be given the keys to the rented property and any annexes. A management/accompaniment/disinfection package of €19 will also apply to each reservation. On the day of your departure, we will ask you to leave the rented accommodation clean and in good condition. A key box will be set up (at the entrance to the accommodation) for the return of the keys when you leave. We also remind you that, on the last day, all departures will be no later than 10 am (otherwise a fee will be applied and deducted from the deposit paid to us).
Please note : unless specifically requested, the cleaning of the apartment/house will be at your sole expense. In the event of non-compliance with the above, we may then deduct cleaning costs from the deposit previously paid. A tourist tax of 1€/day/person will be applicable to anyone over 16 years old, during the first 7 days of stay. Household linen (sheets and towels) is not included, you can bring your own or rent it from our agency for 12€ per person/stay, on prior request. Animals are not allowed in the accommodation and its annexes. However, some exceptions may be made upon prior request from you and subject to written acceptance by Apartamentos Guardamar (in the event of acceptance by our agency, a supplement of €5/day/animal or €30/week /animal will be applied). No payment by bank check or holiday check will be accepted.

Emplacement de rêve
Séjour de 2 semaines début avril. Appartement avec emplacement de rêve, toit terrasse appréciable mais nous n'avons pas pu en profiter à 100Êr hors saison donc pas de mobilier ni de barbecue mais nous avons quand même profité pour nous faire bronzer à l'abri du vent. L'appartement correspond tout à fait à ce qui est annoncé. Avec tout le confort. 2 TV, lave linge et sèche linge, lave vaisselle, WiFi, je ne vois pas ce qu'il manque... Ah si un ou 2 porte manteaux serait un plus, mais vraiment pour chipoter. Accès direct à la plage, avec 2 bars et restauration en saison, en bas de l'immeuble. Emplacement parking dans le sous sol de l'immeuble très appréciable mais il faut avoir une petite voiture sinon on reste dehors mais on peux y mettre les vélos, le paddle etc... Des la réservation prise contact avec sylvana. Très pro et à l'écoute. Toujours dispo si un problème dans l'appartement. Malheureusement nous avons du la déranger un jour férié et notre problème était résolu quelques heures après. Nous recommandons sans problème, le logement, le lieu, l'accueil...

Die Lage entschädigt für einige Defizite
Der Zustand der Wohnung ist nach unserem Geschmack renovierungsbedürftig. Die Küche ist extrem klein, kochen kann man hier nicht wirklich und wenn, fällt alle 5 Minuten der Strom aus. Der Grill auf den Fotos der Dachterrasse steht dem Mieter nicht zur Verfügung und war in einer Box verschlossen. Der Tiefgaragenplatz ist für Autos die größer als ein Smart sind nicht zu gebrauchen. Der Preis der Wohnung in der Saison ist aus unserer Sicht nicht gerechtfertigt, wirklich hervorragend ist die Lage der Wohnung direkt am Strand mit eigenem Zugang. Die Dachterrasse ist auch sehr schön, aber über eine sehr enge Wendeltreppe zu erreichen, unseren Hund mussten wir jedes Mal hoch und wieder runtertragen.
