Nearby, Biscarosse lakes offer the perfect scenery with natural stretches of water that become amazing bathing spots in the summer, and beautiful white sand beaches surrounded with pine trees. The ocean is only a short 15 minutes drive away – surfers’ haven made of sandy dunes and wavy waters.

The 30sqm house includes –
- A kitchen/living room with a 2-seater sofa bed, coffee table, dining table and TV. The fitted kitchen comprises of a fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, microwave, electric hobs & oven, and dishwasher
- A bathroom with Italian style shower, toilets and washing machine. You can find a hairdryer and iron and small ironing board
- A bedroom, with a double bed (160 x 200) and a wardrobe
- A private 28sqm wooden deck terrace with unobstructed view and not overlooked, with patio furniture
- A private swimming pool, with security alarm and surrounding fence. Access to the swimming will be restricted to a few hours/day – check with owners
- Private off-street parking at the property

Supplied:
- Bed linen: duvet cover set
- Bath towels
- Kitchen towels

Additional cleaning fee to be paid on site : 30 Euros. The cleaning costs indicated concern service and provision of linen (sheets and towels) and disinfection protocol covid 19, but the household remains to be cleaned through your care (products, broom and mop provided).

Upon arrival, guests will be given a guide of nearby activities, shops and restaurants. The owners are also happy to give recommendations in their beloved region!

- Biscarosse – Sanguinet lake is located 17km away from the house: leisure centre, water sports, parasailing, water park for children (from 8 years old), boat rental, restaurants (Maguide Harbour).
- Biscarosse seaside resort is located 17km away from the house: lifeguard on duty for swimming in the ocean, surf and kitesurf training school. Restaurants and nightlife all summer.

There are cycle lanes all around the house (into cities center and rides through the forest). A car is also necessary to get around and access the house.
