A spacious semi-detatched villa in a quiet location, near the center of Lignano Pineta, with fenced garden and parking, approx. 200m from the beach.

On the garden floor living-dining room with kitchenette and sofa bed, equipped patio; on the first floor 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, terrace. For 4-5 people. Suitable for families with children - TV / Sat - washing machine - microwave oven - air conditioning (extra). Enjoy all the services provided by the city as trained staff ready to assist tourists.

A good trade off

I found this house and quickly booked it. The house inside is not super fancy however are you going to live the house inside when you are at the seaside? NO - It's strategically positioned at 1 min walking time from the city center (Il treno), it's two minutes walking time far from the supermarket, it's 4 min walking time far from the beach an is having a nice outside living area with shadow almost all the day and a nice small garden for kids. On top you are in total social distancing and at the time COVID 19 is a lot. Very support full and efficient the agency, I would rather say really professional and customer centric.
