About this property

The home is 2500 sq. feet with vaulted ceiling in the living room and kitchen. The dinning room and kitchen have skylights that make the home feel so warm and bright. The living room and family room have leather furniture with Satellite TV and WIFI. There are two decks, one covered & one open with BBQ. There are three bedrooms and consist of a king size bed, two queen beds and a hide a bed down stairs.

The home is located close to the Anglemont Marina & Golf Course. The beach is very nice with a fire pit, dock and two buoys. Anglemont is located in the middle of the Shuswap Arm and is the best location for doing day trips on the boat to discover all of what the Shuswap Lake has to offer.

Great Location, Clean and comfy

Great house, lots of space with private beach and dock. We enjoyed our stay. Grassy area by the house to play on. Had everything we needed. Only suggestion would be to replace the oven. We could never get it hot enough and the stove top would be really hot when on low. Thank you so much for sharing your place!

Great location to explore Shushwap and Seymore arm.

My extended family enjoyed our stay at the house, despite a few problems with the property. The unit has a great layout and is in a fantastic location. We walked the quick 5 minutes down to the marina for ice cream almost daily. Having the two mouring spots and a dock was great. My family and I spent most of our time out on boats or seadoos exploring the lake, finding great beaches, hikes and waterfalls around the Shushwap and Seymour arm. As for the house itself, the kitchen and dining room were very large and we could cook and eat comfortably. Afterwards we could all sit on the covered deck to play cards. There is plenty of comfortable seating inside and out. Unfortunately, the house wasn't very clean when we arrived. One of the bed's sheets definitely hadn't been washed (grass and sand found in the sheets), we found food crumbs in the kitchen drawers, and the bathrooms needed a solid scrub. In addition to the lack of cleanliness the first night we tried to cook dinner we found out the oven didn't work. The host wasn't able to come and fix/replace it during our stay so we had to make due without. Finally, while the kitchen utensils and bed linens are well stocked much of it could use replacing as it is well past its prime. Overall the place worked for us. The location is hard to beat and the house offers a lot of space for a big group. A bit of updating and better management of the cleaning between visitors would have made the place just that much better.
