Lipara is a villa consisting of a double bedroom, a comfortable living room / kitchen with a double sofa bed and a bathroom, suitable for a couple or families of up to 4 people. It has the particularity of being surrounded by a large outdoor area with a wonderful panorama, consisting of a Mediterranean garden and an Aeolian loggia from which you can access a large outdoor terrace, where an outdoor shower, a barbecue area and a large gazebo are available. furnished with sofas and solarium area.

Tolle Lage direkt am Meer

Wir haben 2 Wochen wunderbare Zeit im Haus verbracht. Alles war sehr sauber, in der Küche war alles vorhanden was man braucht zwei moderne Badezimmer gehören dazu und die Betten sind sehr gut...es war alles perfekt. Die Aussicht auf das glasklare Meer war nicht zu übertreffe, einfach toll. Wir können das Haus nur weiter empfehlen

The view that is hard to beat

The house has everything one may need, but the best is probably out of it: all the comfortable places in the garden where one can sit or lounge to admire the scenery of islands. And the beach is just down the steps!

Ruhige Lage, traumhafter Ausblick

Das Haus ist liegt in einem großen und schön angelegtem Garten und verfügt über eine riesige Terrassenflache mit mehreren Sitzgelegenheiten. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet - insbesondere auch die Küche, was sehr hilfreich ist wenn man ab und zu selbst kochen möchte. Das zweite "Zimmer" mit Etagenbett ist sehr klein, was aber nicht weiter schimm ist, da man sich in der Regel sowieso meist im Freien aufhält. Alles funktioniert, die Betten sind straff und der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin Gabriella war sehr gut und hilfreich. Alles gut und sehr empfehlenswert.
