About this property

Very cute 290 sf studio with full kitchen, lines and towels, blow dryer, iron and board, coffee pot, toaster, microwave, etc. It has a flat screen TV, Wifi and cable. We're located only 3 miles from downtown/Riverwalk, 3.5 miles from the popular Pearl Brewery District, only 12 min from Medical Center and walking distance (at the end of the street) to the beautiful and historical Woodlawn Lake. The lake has a pool that is open the public (seasonal), a beautiful park with outdoor workout equipment and very nice walking trails. We have a pavilion and picnic table with bbq pit available for our guests to use. We have also just added a laundry room with king size washer and dryer for the 3 studios to use. This remains locked and only our guests have the code and key to get in.

Raquel and Jule have been in residential property management for over 16 yrs. We have been doing furnished vacation and short term corporate rentals for about 3 years and really enjoy it. Our goal is to make our guests as comfortable as possible while they're away from their homes and to provide all the conveniences we can to make their stay enjoyable.

Why they chose this property

This property is centrally located and is near downtown and also not far from shopping and the medical center. It is located in a 7 plex that has other furnished rentals including 2 other studios and 4 one bedroom villas. Since this is walking distance to the lake where there are beautiful walking trails, our guests really enjoy it here.
