First Time Nashville Visit

Great central location. Short Uber drive to downtown or you can walk. Loved the rooftop deck. Nice place to relax in the evening.

We had an awesome time and great environment for our stay! Loved the city and this house! Would def book again! Needed more towels and a few extra blankets would have been ideal!

all was as advertised - definitely a full time rental as you can see the wear and tear form constant usage. Contacted the property manager more than once about the ant infestation problem within the upstairs bathrooms - issue was never resolved. Beds were comfortable and location was great

Great Location, lovely house, would stay again.

The house was in an amazing location close to everything and just a short UBER to Broadway. The house was very modern and clean. This house has a ton of stairs, it was not problem for us, but just make sure you’re up for lots of stairs before staying here. Some cons- There were not enough blankets for the beds. There were sheets for all of the beds but no blankets for the day bed and pull out cot. The first night we had to sleep with just a thin sheet. We purchased a blanket the following day, and then the hosts delivered two thin blankets. There were no dish clothes or tea towels. We had to use paper towels to was the dishes, wipe the counter and tables. The city garbage bin was full from the stay before us so it left us nowhere to dispose of our garbage/recycling. The rooftop was absolutely beautiful, however too hot to enjoy without any option for shade. An umbrella would go a long way to making the rooftop even more enjoyable. Pros: Fantastic location. Nice modern house with lots of space to spread out. Walking distance to Gulch and Broadway. The house had all cleaning supplies, laundry soap, salt, pepper, etc.. The rooftop is beautiful. House was very clean. Overall our stay was incredible. A few small changes would easily make this house a 5star. I would stay there again in a heart beat!
