This second floor corner loft of 1,300 sq. ft. in close walking distance to dozens of restaurants, art galleries and shopping in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale. A short walk to Spring Training venues. The loft overlooks the pool and spa. A state of the art fitness center available in the building. Two underground parking spaces. the building is secure and offers concierge service.

A minimum 30 day stay is required per the condo bylaws. Complete calendar month bookings from the 1st to the 1st only please.

We welcome adults and children but no pets please.

Note that there are two internal steps to reach either bathroom.

Amazing Loft in Scottsdale.

Great location, very very close to all the main bars & restaurants in Scottsdale, yet far enough away to be really peaceful, we had no trouble sleeping. Lovely balcony with great furniture to relax on. Apartment is stylishly furnished & very clean. Would highly recommend.

Living like home

We stayed for a month in the wonderful loft and felt immediately like home. The apartment is equipped with everything and is very nicely furnished as you can already see in the pictures. Here are some highlights: it was very clean, the internet worked great - even at the pool, in the living room there is a 65 inch smart tv, including Netflix - other streaming services can be used with your own account ... For the few small issues we had Keir responded immediately - a big plus. The building is in excellent condition and very secure (without keys and fob at all possible entrances, at the elevator and access to the underground parking is almost impossible). Every day all common areas are cleaned e.g. the great pool area and the very well equipped gym. We have rented several condos through VRBO in the past but this is by far the best with the best host you could ask for. We will definitely be back.
