About this property

At the gates of Andorra, thirty kilometers away, two-room apartment fully equipped with modern furniture, refurbished with the concern of complete insulation of the walls and ceiling. The four double-glazed windows and electric shutters attest to the brightness and sunshine. It is located in a house distributed between three co-owners, I have the part on the right on the ground floor that I offer for seasonal rental. The SNCF station is five minutes from the city center at the same distance. Behind the house flows the Ariège. The station is equipped with cable cars to ski slopes between one thousand two hundred and two thousand four hundred meters. The rental is located 10 minutes walk from the city center.

Petit appartement mais bien équipé

Nous sommes venus passer une excellente semaine de ski en famille et avons trouvé l'emplacement de l'appartement adapté à ce sport. Nous avons choisi pour faire le trajet tous les jours jusqu' à Bonascre car pour nous cela nous paraissait la meilleure solution pour notre famille .
