Quiet and spacious family villa on the outskirts of Gijón.
The house has everything you need and has a very large estate.
The area is really quiet and 5 minutes by car from Gijón.
Thought to enjoy Gijón but in a much quieter environment.
The area has numerous restaurants and snacks nearby as well as a playground right next door.
The 3 golf courses in the city are less than 5 minutes away by car.
You can make numerous routes and trails or cultural visits such as the Botanist and the Labor University.
