Your host will provide you with a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, microwave and refrigerator and four burner stove. Washer and dryer are available.

The neighborhood is safe and convenient to the quaint Garland District but is a short drive to downtown as well as Northtown Mall and wonderful restaurants and activities.

Host lives on site in separate apartment. This is a full sized apartment built on the lower level of a split level home (not a basement) so does have 6 steps down to the entrance. Off street parking is available for one car.

Dogs are welcome upon agreement of owner with extra cleaning fee. Due to allergies, cats cannot be accommodated.
