Darian and Ingrid got into the short term rental market with a cabin in Gatlinburg, TN. We wanted a place we could build great memories with our girls. When this cottage became available, we purchased it for our folks to rent while they were looking for a home in the area. We stay here for 20 days a year while we rent our house for furniture market.

Why Darian and Ingrid chose Jamestown
We purchased this property for Ingrid's folks to have a place to stay while they visited from the frozen North (WI). They have now purchased a lovely home nearby, so we decided to rent this one. It is a cute cottage in a quiet residential neighborhood that is convenient to everything in the Triad. We love the layout and the spacious deck and backyard.
What makes this House unique
Great backyard and spacious deck make this a wonderful, relaxing retreat. There are lots of windows and light throughout the house.
