Tex’s Ranch House faces a 4 acre fishing pond surrounded by over 100 acres of land embellished by nature. This property is situated between Pat Mayse Lake and the Red River and has wide open space for you to relax and unwind and activities for all types of people.

Activities and areas that can be enjoyed on the property include fishing in the stocked pond, in-ground heated swimming pool, pool table, and lovely evenings on the back patio by the fire pit while overlooking the swimming pool, pond, and beautiful pasture.

This house sleeps 13 people comfortably with 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, Dish Network, Wifi, and TV's in every room, furnished game room, fully equipped kitchen with 2 full-size fridges, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, washer/dryer, and a carport with ample parking for several vehicles and trailers. *2 Full size memory foam mattresses and 2 Queen Size Inflatable Mattresses are available for additional sleeping capacity.

-Sunbathe, swim, or float the day away in the in-ground swimming pool or sit under the lanai and relax. Swimming pool will be heated, as needed May - September. Pool can be heated October-April for an additional charge.
