Enjoyed our stay at this cabin over part of our spring break. The lot provided nice privacy and outdoor space. The trees were nice, and I’d suspect even nicer well past spring once all the leaves are filled in. There was some road noise, but that’s an issue with many cabins in the Broken Bow area. It wasn’t overly distracting. There was plenty of parking for larger parties, and the fire pit was situated nicely. The hot tub instructions were clear and general “house rules” were the norm one should expect. The porch swing out back got plenty of use for early morning coffee. On the inside, the two downstairs bedrooms provided nice space. Water pressure for showers was good and the beds were comfortable. Third bedroom upstairs had its own private bath. The loft area provided a retreat for the teens at times, and offered a fooseball table which was not expected since not pictured in the listing. Kitchen was well stocked with the typical things you’d expect to find. The living area was nice and large. The only nitpicky is wish small bit more of the living space was allocated to the dining area, but all in all it was a very nice cabin and a nice trip. The countertops must have been updated, or they just photograph very green. Pet policy was a big deciding factor for us. It worked well for our situation, but if you have pets that aren’t obedient or jump all over furniture, that could be a problem. I found the policy to be very reasonable.
