About this property

Modern Cottage in La Casa Resort. Beautifully furnished, functional and well stocked cottage sleeps 8.

La Casa is a great vacation location for families, with swimming pools, hot tubs, tennis/pickle ball courts, beach volleyball, aqua park and mini golf, restaurant and convenience store.

There is a private lakefront area and boat launch within 5 minutes walk from the Cottage. Same distance uphill are the main amenities of the resort.

A short drive south takes you to the famous Vineyards of the region. For winter, the ski resorts of Silverstar and Big White are each an hour away.

The large deck has a fire pit and BBQ with lounging and dining areas, covered partially it offers a great space to eat outside in the evening or enjoy some shade during the day. The upstairs deck off the loft room has lovely views and is a great spot to soak up the sun. Landscaped garden with 2 seater French bistro table to get the evening sun.

Very large attached garage with washer / dryer, iron and ironing board.

Living room is super comfortable with Smart/Cable TV. Telus Hi speed wi-fi (250MBS) , and gas fireplace. Games and books are here also. Sign the guest book with stories, recipes and adventures.

There are 2 bedrooms downstairs, one queen and the other with 2 twin beds - there is also a foldaway cot available. Upstairs you will find a 3rd bedroom and a loft bedroom. Both have queen beds.

Kitchen is really well stocked. Importantly - coffee has 3 options of French press, espresso machine or Keurig machine.

Amazing cottage

Our stay was amazing. The house layout was perfect for our two families. Will definitely try to book here again in the future - maybe just for longer!

Great week away

The house was very clean and well equipped even for two families of 4. Has one of the nicest patios in the community and is an easy walk to the beach, marina and lower pool area.
