About this property

Let our beautiful new townhome in the heart of Springdale be your vacation center for your trip to southern Utah and Zion National Park. The 1200 square foot townhome has a living room, kitchen, dining room, 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Our townhome can accommodate 4 guests. Each bedroom has a queen bed. It is less than 400 feet to the nearest shuttle stop. We are next to the town market. It is a short walk to shopping and restaurants. Our townhome is less than one mile from the parks main entrance. The 1200 square foot townhome has a living room, kitchen, dining room and half bath on the first floor. On the second floor there are two master suites, one of which has a balcony so you can enjoy the upcanyon views. Amongst the amenities to assist your stay are:

Centrally located

This was a nice, modern, clean townhome centrally located within steps of a grocery store, restaurants, and the bus stop to Zion. It was perfect for our family of three.

Great place to stay while visiting Zion

The house was comfortable and clean. We had a couple of days of very cold and rainy weather and this was a great place to wait it out. Much better than a hotel room. The location was perfect.

We had an awesome trip. Location in Springdale is excellent. Next to the grocery store and Meme’s restaurant. Home was very clean and had a great patio area and balcony with a view of the mountains. Very close to the park. Shuttle stop to Zion close to the home. Would highly recommend and stay again.

Wonderful stay!

We stayed here for a few days and wish we could have stayed longer! The condo was exactly as represented . It was neat, clean and everything looked new. Perfect location to walk to restaurants and shops and catch the Zion shuttle. Our communication with the owner was excellent.

Awesome rental for visiting Zion

Me, my husband and another couple booked this condo to stay for a trip to Zion National Park. The condo was beautiful, comfortable and clean; even better than the pictures depict! The 2 bedroom layout was great with an en-suite bath for each bedroom. It was an amazing location as well, right off the main strip in Springdale--walking distance to restaurants, a grocery and the tram stop that takes you into Zion. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone.
