About this property

Central apartment with 2 rooms. One room has its own TV and bed 150 and the other bed 150 On request, we have a travel cot for babies, a maxi crib, (bed for children up to 25 kg) and high chair. Free 200mb fiber connection terminals. Apartment with elevator. Near the coast and 20 minutes from Bilbao by subway You can park in the area and there is public parking 50 meters away. The neighborhood is quiet.

Tranquilo y a buen precio

Relación calidad precio más que aceptable (115€ noche para dos parejas). No muy grande pero suficiente para los 4. No utilizamos la cocina, pero se veía muy bien. Agua caliente en la ducha sin problemas y camas amplias y cómodas. Zona silenciosa por la noche. Si hay que poner un pero diría el aparcamiento, pero al final era un poco de caminata a añadir a la del resto del día. No lo utilizamos porque nuestro viaje era de costa, pero había justo al lado una estacion de metro si la idea es ver Bilbao. En resumen, muy buena estancia. Y la comunicación con la propiedad perfecta.

Buena ubicación y buen trato

Calidad-precio buena, silencioso, localización céntrica y el propietario flexible y dispuesto siempre que lo hemos necesitado. La limpieza está bien aunque el suelo estaba un poco sucio el resto de la casa estaba desinfectado y limpio. La cocina tiene todos los utensilios necesarios para cocinar a excepción de una tabla para cortar y el piso entero estaba adaptado para niños, por lo que aunque no lo hayamos usado, es muy recomendable para familias. Las camas son muy cómodas. Hemos pasado unos días muy agradables en el piso. Recomendable.
