Casa Pinna Donori

Location:
Quietly situated in an idyllic small village called Donori. It is only 20 minutes away from the capital Cagliari and the beautiful sandy beaches for which the beautiful island of Sardinia is known.
The Casa:
This new casa is detached and is surrounded by two large terraces, one with a large veranda for relaxing.
The casa has 3 spacious bedrooms and a large living room with kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, freezer and a 4-burner gas stove. Through the kitchen there is a door to a balcony that is more than 12m2 with table chairs. Furthermore, the casa has a new bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and sink. Washing machine.
The Idyllic village of Donori:
Donori is a nice little village that lies north of Cagliari. It has around 2000 inhabitants and has 2 supermarkets, a pizzeria and 3 cozy bars all within a 5-minute walk. There is a cozy piazza where the locals often sit until late in the evening. Donori is an excellent base for both coast and inland. Just a 20-minute drive away you can reach the large sandy beach called poetto and from there you can take the turn to numerous other beautiful beaches that Sardinia is famous for. Do you like the interior more and would you like to see the old nuraghe or do other beautiful walks or bike rides then that is certainly easy to do. Walking and cycling in the area is possible from the casa and you want to see other highlights of sardinia, the casa is only a 10-minute drive from the traffic artery ss131 that connects sardinia from the south to the north and northeast.
