Delightful two bedroom apartment with covered 24sq.m balcony overlooking the tourist port of Santa Teresa. Amenities include air conditioning, satellite TV, dishwasher and washing machine. Two bathrooms, private parking, close to local shops, bars and restaurants. Within walking distance of the ferry for Bonifacio in Corsica there are four sailings a day from Santa Teresa. Schönes Appartment, toller Balkon, leider kein Mückenschutz

Das Appartment war sauber und mit allem was man braucht eingerichtet. Der Balkon oder besser die Terrasse ist sehr groß mit tollem Blick auf den Hafen. Ende September waren die Lokale unterhalb des Appartments bereits geschlossen. Dadurch war es auch sehr ruhig. Fußweg ins nette Städtchen ca. 10 Minuten, Parkplatz direkt an der Anlage. Leider gab es ein Problem: Wir hatten sehr viele Mücken und die Fenster und Türen waren nicht gesichert. Deshalb konnte man nachts das Fenster nicht auflassen. Da die Wohnung sich aber sehr aufheizt, stellt das ein Problem dar. Es gibt zwar eine Klimaanlage, aber die sollte man ja nicht die ganze Nacht laufen lassen müssen. So mussten wir jede Nacht auf Mückenjagd gehen, was den Urlaub weniger erholsam machte. In unserer zweiten Station auf Sardinien, gab es am Fenster ein Mückennetz...

Bellissima costa è paese stupendo, da ritornarci.

Per quanto riguarda l'alloggio, la casa è finemente arredata è provvista di tutti i confort; l'unica nota dolente è lo stato di pulizia di essa; parliamo di stoviglie e bagno, penso che una miglior organizzazione da parte di chi la gestisce sarebbe l'ideale visto anche il prezzo. Per il resto abbastanza accogliente e da provare.

BEL SOGGIORNO SUL PORTO DI SANTA TERESA

Abbiamo passato la nostra vacanza a Santa Teresa in questo bel appartamento di cui abbiamo apprezzato molto la pulizia ed il gusto con cui è stato arredato, nulla è lasciato al caso ed ogni stanza è curata e personalizzata. Noi abbiamo passato la vacanza con i nostri due bimbi che sono stati felici di condividere la loro bella camera ed erano sopratutto entusiasti per la terrazza proprio sul porto da cui potevano "ammirare" le barche da molto vicino. Il centro del paese è raggiungibile comodamente in pochi minuti d'auto, che noi utilizzavamo per comodità con i bimbi, ma altrimenti anche in 15 minuti a piedi. Quindi sicuramente bella vacanza e bell'appartamento. Grazie anche alla Signora che ci ha consegnato le chiavi che è stata molto disponibile.

Relax e mare

Appartamento confortevole con splendida vista sul porto di santa teresa di Gallura. Ben distribuito con zona giorno e angolo cottura funzionale , una bella spaziosa camera matrimoniale e una piccola cameretta per un bimbo, il tutto atredato con buon gusto.Nel complesso del porto ci sono vicino all'appartamento un'ottimo ristorante e un complesso con bar e piscina. Il centro del parse si raggiunge a piedi in circa 15 miinuti ma in alternativa c'è un simpatico trenino che fa il giro del paese e passa proprio sotto casa ( comodissimo e divertente per i bimbi) sia al mattino che alla sera.Supermercati raggiungibili con la macchina in pochi minuti. Nel complesso sicuramente una soluzione da consigliare, noi ci siamo trovati molto bene e abbiamo passato una bella vacanza.

Great apartment

Good communication with a very helpful owner. The apartment was spacious, very clean and a good 5' bed.Comfortably & attractively furnished with a good selection of kitchen appliances. The large covered terrace was a lovely area - sunny in the morning and shady in the afternoon which was perfect in the very hot weather. A paved walkway around the marina makes an interesting stroll to the ferry to Bonifacio (takes 1 hour) for a nice day trip. There is a most attractive pool in the small complex that is likely to be available soon. The Old Town had a good selection of restaurants - we recommend Mediterraneo (excellent service) and Eat Sardegna (local dishes), a piazza for various local events and a lovely sandy beach. Two good large supermarkets on the outskirts of town. I would've given 5 stars apart from the rather haphazard local management which may soon be addressed ! I would certainly recommend this apartment.
