About this property

Large and spacious 4 bedroom villa located in Lapta. The property is in excellent condition, newly decorated throughout, minutes distance from the coastal walk and beach of Sardunya.

The villa sleeps 10 (with single bed and cot), has a 10x5 metre pool, not overlooked, with various terraces, lovely sea and mountain views. The ground floor benefits from a bright, open plan kitchen that leads into the dining area and sitting room.

There is a double bedroom on the ground floor with direct access to the pool area. As well as a large shower room also on this level, avoiding the need to go upstairs. The master bedroom and ensuite are to be found upstairs as well as 2 further bedrooms and a newly fitted bathroom. All the rooms are bright allowing sea or mountain views and are fully air-conditioned.

On arrival you will receive a welcome pack with everything you need for your stay, including information on the villa and local recommendations.

Local transport is very easy to navigate and inexpensive. We can also recommend a wonderful car rental company on request.

1 hour 15 minutes away from Larnaca airport & 1 hour away from Ercan airport.
Just minutes away from the villa you have the coastal walk offering uninterrupted sea views, allowing you to enjoy the sunshine on a leisurely walk or brisk run. Visitors to Lapta can join the local diving schools as well hiring jetskis, jetbikes and sailing equipment. For a gentler pace The Olive Press Bowling Green is a 5 minute walk away. If you venture towards Kyrenia, you can go paragliding or join one of the many day boat trips, taking you around this part of the island. There are various bars and restaurants within a short walk. A short drive away and you can find luxury hotels and casinos, offering an opportunity to try your luck on the gambling tables or simply enjoy a drink in 5 star surroundings.

Lovely villa

We had a two week stay at this lovely villa. Fabulous pool,great weather super speedy response with any questions or queries we had from owner and manager. The only downside for us was the restaurants on the strip were too far to walk so we needed a car as we really struggled to get taxis after trying several taxi company’s. We used the bus ( on the main road) during the second week which was very cheap to get up and down the strip and into Kyrenia. Overall good stay! The villa is comfortable and well equipped for large groups. We all loved the costal cafe for breakfast - super friendly owner great English & Turkish breakfasts 😃 The wild duck restaurant/ bar was great for a midday cocktail and we enjoyed lovely meals at sea point and driftwood restaurants. Wow!!!

Such an amazing place to stay! Honestly couldn't have asked for any more. The pool was just perfect, especially the steps for my toddler and disabled mother. It was easily accessible, and provided hours of entertainment in the beautiful sunshine. The downstairs bedroom and bathroom was brilliant for my disabled mother, no need to try and climb the stairs. The support from Begona and Mehmet was much appreciated. Our first night the street had a power cut, Mehmet came straight over and called the electricity board to ensure they we're coming to fix it. He made sure in the early hours of the morning that it got fixed- this was hugely appreciated. Would definitely look at booking this villa again. The location was perfect to drive around and see the sights of North Cyprus.

Great villa with great views

Where do you start with this Villa? It has everything you need and more for a great time. Villa is spotless, pool is huge, lots of areas to chill and spend time with family. Stunning views of the sea and mountains from the upstairs bedrooms. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Mehmet the property manager met us on arrival with a welcome hamper and a bottle of wine which was a lovely added touch. Communication with Begoña was great and she was able to recommend things to do in the area. We will be back!

I'm originally from Spain and my husband is Turkish Cypriot, living in the UK. We wanted a holiday home that we could enjoy with the children as they were growing up. We fell in love with Lapta and have enjoyed coming here and making memories for the last 14 years!

Why they chose this property

This part of Lapta is unique in that we are on the coast side of the town, so very close to the sea. There is a great walkway all along the seafront just a few minutes from the villa. Amenities such as shops, restaurants, and beach clubs are just a 5-minute drive away.

What makes this property unique

The villa is ideal for families with 3 bathrooms and 4 large bedrooms there is plenty of space not to feel on top of each other. Having a bedroom and shower room downstairs is ideal for guests with disabilities, older people who find it difficult to go upstairs, and parents with young children.
The pool area has plenty of entertaining space for large groups,
guests often comment how it's so much fun and made their holiday!
