Renovated cottage with two bedrooms, full bathroom and open space kitchen / living room. Located in quiet area with large outdoor space.
Although it does not have its own parking, it is in a zone with great facility to park the car very close to the house and with all the security.
Close to the beach (10 min by car), the metro (5 min by car) on the Porto-Póvoa de Varzim line and the Outlet Fashion Vila do Conde (5 min by car).
All you can wish for without being in the confusion of big cities.
