Hamptons home in private community. Spacious 4 to 5 bedroom home just a short walk to a private beach on Gardiners Bay, with spectacular sunsets and private marina. Light, bright and airy, this new home features 4 bedrooms with extra large master bedroom and en-suite bath. Family room can be used as a 5th bedroom or playroom. Includes 3 full bathrooms, large living room with cathedral ceilings and wood burning fireplace. Dining area has seating for 10 adults with sliding glass doors to outdoor deck, perfect of entertaining. Open kitchen with all top of the line dish-ware, utensils and appliances. Kitchen overlooks a large backyard with large windows and washer/dryer on the first floor.
Property is beautiful landscaped, fully fenced with large pool with heater (seasonal), spa hot tub, outdoor shower and additional pool fence. Pirate ship playground, trampoline and basketball net make this the perfect home for families.
Our home is equipped with central A/C, four flat screen TV's with Wifi, Apple TV, Sonos Sound System throughout the house and on the deck.
Child friendly, perfect for families and pets. All you need and more for an amazing vacation!

Great stay!

The house was great - just as listed and very comfortable / kid friendly. There wasn't a whole lot to do in the area over the holidays but we enjoyed the house, trampoline and jungle gym.

Such a Wonderful Stay!

Spent a long early-fall weekend at this property in East Hampton with my husband, mother, and 2 year-old daughter, and we couldn’t have been happier with our visit. It downpoured almost the whole time, so we unfortunately couldn’t enjoy all the backyard and nearby beach had to offer, but we were comfortable and very well-entertained while spending our time inside this lovely home. Photos and description are very accurate representations. Host is courteous, accessible, and responsive. Absolutely on our list of places to revisit when we are able to get away again. Highly recommend!
