On the lower level, is another large living area, two additional bedrooms plus a full bathroom and laundry room.
Lighted tennis courts and a basketball court are available along with walking trails throughout the community that are safe for children.
If you decide to venture out the town of New Buffalo is just a 5 minute drive. New Buffalo offers several great restaurants and shops as well as a grocery story, 2 ice cream parlors and access to the New Buffalo Public Beach.

This property is well maintained and equipped for the comfort and convenience of our guests. Our vacation rentals include well-equipped kitchens, living and dining areas. Linens and towels are provided. Homes have washers and dryers, a dishwasher, central heat and air conditioning, cable/satellite television, DVD-players, and high-speed Internet service.
We ask that renters bring condiments, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, extra toilet paper and convenience items like plastic wrap, aluminum foil, and zip lock bags. We do not resupply anything during the stay. We provide two rolls of toilet paper for each bathroom, 2 rolls of paper towels, 4 garbage bags, and hand soap in each bathroom so plan according to your needs.

Note: This property is currently renting at a discounted rate due to the erratic nature of the lakefront. Recent beach errosion has impacted the association's lake front amenities. NO BEACH AVAILABLE at this time. Closest beach is downtown New Buffalo.
Minimum Age Limit for Renters: Guest signing the rental agreement/contract must be 30 years of age or older (ID at check-in required) and must be responsible for the group during the entire time of the stay.
Maximum occupancy restrictions: The number of guests at any WAYA managed property can not exceed the maximum occupancy number (or sleeps number). This includes invited guests, friends, or additional family members. Events, parties or family gatherings are not permitted without express written permission prior to booking.
