Great place to stay!

Easy process to rent. Property manager is on top of things and communicates with you in a timely manner. MUCH appreciated! Sometimes good service is hard to find, this was GREAT! Thanks!!!

Beach week

An excellent unit for 2 people that is very convenient to the beach. The screened porch provides additional living space, and the wooded environment adjacent to the porch is enjoyable and adds privacy. We would definitely stay here again!

No beach chairs or umbrellas included so we had to go buy some even though there were 4 in storage below us. Should be stated in rental that we couldn't use them. First time this has happened. Otherwise no complaints

We purchased our cottage on Kiawah Island in summer of 2005, and I began renting it on VRBO during the weeks we were not able to enjoy Kiawah ourselves. In 2007, a friend on nearby Seabrook Island asked me if I would help her rent her villa also. Since I loved helping people plan their vacations in the area, I obtained my South Carolina Property Manager's License and began a business - Kiawah By Owner.
