Sítio excelente, mas com alguns precalços

Localizada numa zona rural a cerca de 10 minutos de carro da vila de Terras de Bouro, a casa é óptima, tem uma vista excelente, a limpeza foi impecável e a caseira, D. Fátima, mostrou-se sempre muito simpática e disponível. A estadia tinha tudo para ser excelente, infelizmente deparamos-nos com alguns percalços: - a meio da estadia a água da piscina fixou verde, problema que foi resolvido prontamente mas ficamos sem poder utilizar a piscina por 2 dias. - durante a estadia a disponibilidade de água nas torneiras ia diminuindo ao longo do dia, de modo que, à noite, era praticamente impossível tomar banho. A situação agravou-se nos últimos dias quando ficámos completamente sem água. Embora esta situação se tenha devido a uma rotura na conduta de água que abastece a casa, facto é que esta situação afectou bastante a nossa estadia. Recomendo a estadia nesta agradável propriedade. No entanto, sugiro que os futuros hóspedes confirmem se a situação da água se encontra resolvida.

Personne mal honnête !

Le séjour avait très bien commencé cependant le propriétaire est malhonnête. Nous étions 6 personnes et il n’y avait que 2 ensembles de serviettes, nous n’avons pas informé le propriétaire de suite car nous l’avons remarqué tard dans la nuit. Nous l’avons informé le matin même et celui-ci nous a présenté ses excuses en expliquant qu’il pensait qu’il n’y avait qu’un couple dans la maison (alors que sur la réservation il était bien stipulé que nous étions plus). Plus tard dans la journée, le propriétaire nous appelle nous accusant d’avoir volé les serviettes (alors que le matin même il s’est excusé mentionnant un oubli de la femme de ménage). Il nous dit que l’application va se charger de le dédouaner et la conversation se finit ainsi. Je reçois en fin d’après-midi un mail de « frais supplémentaires » me demandant de payer 60€ pour les serviettes que nous n’avons jamais eu. Cette personne est malhonnête et essaye d’arnaquer les voyageurs, je déconseille fortement.

Ruhig gelegenes Haus mit einer schönen Aussicht

Das Haus besticht durch eine großartige Weitsicht in die Umgebung und einen schönen großen Gemeinschaftsraum (Wohnzimmer plus Küche). Als Manko haben wir empfunden, dass die Küche nicht gut eingerichtet war (keine kleinen Löffel, eine sehr alte Pfanne…) und dass es allgemein bei der Einrichtung ein wenig an Liebe fehlte (keine Ablagemöglichkeiten im Schlafzimmer außer dem Schrank; für die Außenbestuhlung zu wenig und nicht passenende Kissen…). Man denkt, dass in diesem Haus nie Jemand lebt, sondern immer nur Fremde zu Gast sind; das fanden wir ein wenig schade. Aber: Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war überaus freundlich, einfach und schnell!
