UNA CASA DE 10 Y UN MANTENIMIENTO Y GESTIÓN DE 2

Es una casa de lujo, muy bien decorada, a la que no le hacen mantenimiento, con lo que muchas cosas estropeadas, como el jacuzzi, el calentador de agua es un termo y solo da para llenar la mitad, luego sale fría el agua, no funcionan las luces ni música del jacuzzi..., la ducha de hidromasaje, solo funciona la ducha normal, la persiana de una habitación no sube, el grifo del patio pierde mucha agua,... La atención inexistente, le puse un mensaje a través de Vrbo, que sé que leyó, porque me dijo que sabía los que íbamos y no me contestó, tuve que insistir a la página que me dieran su tfno. para contactar con él y me dijo un poco bordemente que qué quería, que si me había respondido el mensaje automático que estaba reservado, que ya estaba. Cuando llegué a la casa, siendo la hora de entrada las 2, llegando a las 2:10 y avisando 30 minutos antes cuándo llegaba, había dejado la llave escondida fuera y con una casa como esa, debería de explicar algo del funcionamiento, le pregunté varias cosas por whatsapp y no me contestó y ya cuando le dije que si tenían parrilla para la barbacoa o usaba la parrilla del horno, entonces me dijo que me la acercaba. Me la dejó al día siguiente a las 8 de la tarde y se fue corriendo. Y cuando nos fuimos, igual, le llamé para ver cómo cerraba y ni sabía que nos íbamos. En una de las habitaciones no había ni colcha en las camas, directamente las sábanas sin rementer. En fin, se nota que han comprado una casa de lujo, pero no están a la altura de la casa. Una pena, a ver lo que les dura.

Mala conservacion y falta de limpieza

La limpieza es horrible, encontramos resto de platos y vasos debajo de los sofas. Nevera y cubertería sucios. Lo peor fue el estado de las cosas. La bañera de hidromasaje chorreaba el agua al piso de abajo, no pudimos utilizarla. EL patio no se podia cerrar, por averia del techo y estaba lleno de moscas. La casa le falta mucho manteamiento. Hubo muchas cosas o que no funcionaban o que no tenían pilas o que directamente no estaban. Se lo comentamos al dueño y nos ofreció una rebaja en una noche extra. Es una pena porque la casa no es de lujo, es una casa con potencial pero abandonada. Nos alojamos en agosto y le comenté al dueño que iba a puntuarle mal porque no habia resuelto ninguno de nuestros problemas y el nos comentó que la culpa era nuestra por haber pagado tanto por la casa, cuando directamente nos hubiese salido mas barata, cuando el problema no era de precio sino de calidad. No volvería.
