San Remo 309 has been updated with the relaxing beach colors so popular with our guests on 30A. Enjoy every amenity you have come to expect with our Five Star gulf front condos: Relax and be refreshed on the high-end mattresses in every one of the three bedrooms.
- 100% Cotton sheets and towels
- Free WIFI
- Master bedroom with king size bed, sliding glass door to balcony overlooking the Gulf. Master bath with jacuzzi tub and separate shower, double sinks, large closet.
- Second bedroom with king size bed, adjoining bathroom
- Third bedroom with bunk bed with FULL size bed on the bottom, twin on top, adjoining private bathroom.
- New,2024, LVP flooring in all bedrooms
- Bathrooms include hair-dryer, shower soaps, 100% cotton towels, hand soaps and starter supplies of paper goods.
- Kitchen has just been updated with new dish-ware, pot/pans - even a crock pot for your family meals. Keurig coffee maker plus a regular coffee maker.
- Sectional sofa with plenty of seating for the entire family (no sleeper sofa).
- Updated Balcony furniture - enjoy al fresco dining at the large table while you watch the sunset over the Gulf of Mexico. A chair lounge for sunbathing plus a conversation area. You will feel like you have an extra room outside.
- Beach chair set up from March - October, chairs will be set up from 9AM - 5PM to the right of the stairs.
- Large Community Pool with Lap Lane, heated from March 1 to mid-April.
- Spacious outdoor Hot Tub
- On site GYM
- Gated for your privacy with plenty of parking.
- Pack and Play and Booster Seat provided. Cribs are available through our Concierge.
- Beach chair set up from March - October, chairs will be set up from 9AM - 5PM.

Wanting to bring friends? We have six other condos for friends or family reunions. There is also a large meeting room with kitchen facilities that can be reserved for small weddings or parties.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: San Remo was one of the best places we’ve ever stayed on 30A. It is right next to the beach with a beautiful pool and hot tub. There are many restaurants and seafood, takeout options within walking distance. All problems we had were immediately taken care of by on-site staff. Well definitely use San Remo in the future.

Its nice and quiet in the fall when we visit, beach is never crowded, complex is gated, condo well taken care of, I could easily live here full time. Very close to Gulf Place and shops/restaurants. Anytime we have a question or need assistance, Tory is there to help, their entire team is excellence at its best.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at San Remo 309. The location was great - a very short walk to the beach. The beach chairs included in the rental were a plus. The location was very convenient - can walk to Gulf Place, short drive to Publix, and 20 minutes from Sandestin and Seaside. The condo was clean. We did have an issue with the shower head in the master bath but hubby was able to fix it.
