Average journey into London by train only 20 minutes from Watford Junction or 20 minutes by car. Very convenient for events at the Grove, Wembley Stadium and Arena.

Great holiday

We had a lovely stay. The communication with the owner was great. We had a smooth check in/out process. The property was a great location for us. Only a short walk to the Harry Potter studios which was the main part of our visit. We were a short walk to the local shops which had everything we needed. We will definitely be returning in the future and would 100% recommend.

Ideal location for HP studio tour

We had a lovely stay in the house, it has everything we needed for our family trip and it was perfect spot to visit the Harry Potter studio tour which is only 5 minute drive down the road.
