Walk out your screened in back Florida room, just 50 feet, to your private boat house with large 10'x24' covered boat slip and 12'x20' deck. This lot was the first and only lot with direct lake access in the Indian Lake Estates subdivision. Love this house!!

Perfect location, being at the end of a dead end street with the lake in front, canals on the side, and back of the home made this a perfect location. Very quiet, clean and comfortable! We also caught some nice fish sitting out back on the dock! Hoping to stay again real soon!

Want to thank you Daryl. The house was awesome. We had a great 2 weeks relaxing and fishing. With everything going on with virus etc was nice to forget it all for 2 weeks. We did not want to leave. Beautiful sunsets on the lake. We loved it so much we are talking about coming back next year for 3 weeks. By far the best location for access to the lake
