The view from the balcony is mesmerizing just as the penthouse. The owner had a Villa in Europe and he decided to import from his Villa the most original furniture and crystal and make this Penthouse as beautiful as his former residence. At the front door you will be greeted by an 18 century solid brass door knocker. You will sleep on a solid hand carved mahogany bed with 24 carat gold leaves thru out. Beautiful original majestic framed oil paintings. A top grain leather recliner, Chinese carved coffee table. Beautiful hand painted hanging dishes from Spain. Top of the line appliances and a smart TV. The amazing quartz tile floor imported from England in the bedroom bathroom and tub area will surprise you with the reflection of tiny pieces of mirror embedded in the tiles. It makes the floor a beautiful starry night. After a great day at the beach why not relax in the Jacuzzi. To fully appreciate the beauty of this penthouse it must be experienced. You worked hard and deserve the best vacation ever.

Great snowbird vacation

The condo was very comfortable and super clean, and we loved the master bedroom…best thing was the balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Sunsets were incredible and listening to the ocean waves every day made the vacation. The property manager, Bill, and owner, Peter, were great! During our first week the refrigerator water filter quit working, so we told Bill. The very next day Peter replaced it. We told him the microwave was working but not properly, so Peter had a brand new one installed the very next day. Talk about service!

Romantic Getaway

Enjoyed the views, the bed was super comfortable, jacuzzi was great but I was surprised that there was not a shower but we were able to adapt. We were able to see dolphins from our room. The decor was great and unique. This room is definitely for adults.

Peace & Tranquility

The viewes were amazing ! The condo was just as described but we felt the large tabel & chairs were too big for the condo & a smaller set would have been much better from a functional standpoint ! The shower flow needs to increase & then the condo would be perfect ! these are the only 2 things we would change if we could ! we will rent it again ! Thanks for a great vacation in a great condo ! *******

Great Stay as always

We have been staying here for last several years and it is always a very nice stay the room is clean and the bed is very comfortable always have everything we need. I love the beach chairs and umbrella. This is my favorite place to stay. Thank you Bill.
