Très belle location. Tout s est parfaitement déroulé. Propriétaire sympathique, très bon emplacement. Un chalet très agréable à vivre.

Ein sehr schöner Urlaub

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut gelegen. Der extrem lange Sandstrand ist nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt. Die ganze Gegend um Gruissan herum ist auch wunderschön und bietet viele Aktivitäten. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr groß und es ist alles da was man braucht. Im Vergleich zu unseren sonstigen Ferienwohnungen war das Haus etwas mehr "basic". Das heißt, es hatte keine Spühlmaschine, keinen Wäscheständer im Haus (unterm Haus gibt es Wäscheleinen, für Unterwäsche ist das aber etwas seltsam....) und das warme Wasser funktioniert wohl größtenteils über Solarstrom (wir haben es zumindest nicht geschafft, es auf normalen Strom umzustellen, als das warme Wasser mal leer war). Außerdem konnte man keine Endreinigung dazu buchen und wir haben selbst geputzt. Aber trotz weniger Luxus, hatten wir den besten Urlaub, denn es ist alles da was man braucht. Der Besitzer ist super nett!!! Wir hatten keine eigene Bettwäsche dabei und er war so lieb und hat uns dann trotzdem welche stellen können. Allerdings muss man sonst selbst Bettwäsche mitbringen. Die Möglichkeit unterm Haus sich abzuduschen, wenn man vom Strand kommt, war super praktisch!!!! Alles in allem war es ein super schöner Urlaub in einem sehr schönen Ferienhaus.

Comment dire Bien ! Et bien Bien , simplement

Bonjour, nous aimerions vous conseiller ce chalet mais non , nous préférons le garder pour nous ! Après avoir fait des essais sur d'autres chalets, celui-ci nous préférons le garder pour nous, il n'est pas parfait il est plus que cela grâce aux propriétaires , il y manque quelques trucs, comme une machine à laver la vaisselle, de la robinetterie bancale et autres manques... seulement Monsieur Garcia étant adorable et à l'écoute cela le devient par les échanges et les aides apportées, une personne fort sympathique à connaitre. Le chalet par lui même est...Comment dire... spacieux, bien placé avec une belle vue , pas trop chaud et surtout pas de bruit de nuisance, bien placé à proximité de la plage avec une belle vue sur l'entrée et les sorties des bateaux à voiles ainsi que sur la clape. Au vu de l'éloignement du centre il vous faudra marcher et ou prendre un vélo afin de faire vos courses au centre du village de Gruissan Plage, cela n'est pas une contrainte, sauf en cas de flemme prononcée au vu du paysage à regarder sur la passe et la clape. Merci milles et une fois de nous avoir fait partagé cela !!!

Mer de Gruissan plage

Le chalet est propre et suffisamment grand, la propreté est très bonne. La vue intéressante sur la sortie du port vers la mer et proximité immédiate de la plage. Reste l'entretien à améliorer avec des fenêtres qui sont coincés et les toiles de protection contre le soleil idem. Le coin à améliorer reste la cuisine : pas de lave-vaisselle, évier trop petit et surtout manque de placards (rien en hauteur).
