DESRIPTION OF THE HOUSE
& COVID-19 PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES:

"Rodania Summer" is a 50 sqm house, located at the outskirts of Faliraki, in a country side area, just 650 meters from the beach, and 1500 meters from Faliraki centre. It is located in a small building consisting of four adjoining houses all on the ground floor. It hosts up to 4 persons. Ideal for couples, friends and families.

Comfortable house consisting of

• an open plan kitchen with living room
• two bedrooms (one with double bed, and one with two single beds)
• bathroom with shower
• veranda with patio at the front side
• private backyard

The minimal designed kitchen is fully equipped with

• refrigerator
• ceramic hob with two rings
• microwave
• full size oven
• kettle
• filter coffee maker
• espresso coffee machine that takes Dolce Gusto capsules
• toaster
• tableware
• cutlery

Air conditioning for the open plan kitchen and the living room is provided via Daikin, 12000 btu split unit system that is located in the middle of the living room.

TV and free Wi-Fi are also available.

Each bedroom has:

• its own Daikin air condition that is provided via a 9000 btu split unit system.
• full set of bed linen
• two sets of bathroom towels for each person
• two USB charging ports, (one in the main bedroom and one in the kitchen).
They are appropriate for charging phones and tablets. There is no need for you to bring the plug, just the charging cord.

At the front side of the house there is a veranda where one can enjoy a cup of coffee in serenity. There is also a patio with some flowers that is shared with the adjoined house. The private backyard is perfect for relaxation. An idyllic space with a considerable size sofa and a table for dinning or enjoying a glass of wine, all surrounded by flowers and atmospheric lights.

In the house you can find a safe box for tablets and 15’’ laptops, an iron and iron board. Please note that washing machine and dryer are not available.

COVID-19 PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES:

To protect as much as possible the health of our guests and ourselves, and to help in the prevention of the spread of Covid-19, in Rodania Summer we implement the following precautionary measures:

• We have committed to the platform's enhanced cleaning process.
• We have employed the self-check in and self-check-out process. The keys will be available in the key lockbox just outside the main entrance of the premises. We regret the fact that we will not be able to welcome you in person. However, we remain always available through Viber, and Messenger to meet and provide any information, suggestions, and hints & tips about the island.
• We have removed all decorative pillows we used to have on beds.
• We have removed all the informative printed material that used to be on disposal like maps, suggestions, things to do etc. All will be available to you online.
• Guests have at their disposal: Hand sanitizer at the entry of the property, extra antibacterial hand soap, disposable paper towels, disposable gloves, multi surface cleaning and disinfectant products.

In case there is a need to meet you in person, in compliance with WHO's safety practices, all presents should maintain 2 meters (6 feet) distance and wear a mask or face covering.

We expect that our guests will self-monitor for symptoms. In the case they will need medical assistance, in compliance with Greek government policies, they should immediately call the Rhodes General Hospital, or the National Public Health Organization (NPHO) who will provide further instructions. We will provide all telephone numbers prior to your arrival.
