The apartment has around 140 m2, a room with double bed, bath inside the main room and direct exit to the terrace. The second room has two single beds and exit to another terrace. Bath with shower in the hallway also it has washing machine and dryer. A fully equipped closed kitchen with dishwasher. Large living room, sofa bed with double bed, flat TV, WiFi and direct exit to the fantastic terrace. A Terrace with 50 m2 with sea views, from where you can appreciate the beautiful sunrises and sunsets, which delights us the Mediterranean. You will be 150 meter from la playa L'Ampolla, sandy beach and within the urban area where you will enjoy shoping and all services.

What a location

Great property, clean tidy ready to move in. Location is the great thing about this property. Great outside space over looking the beach. In centre of Moraira everywhere within a few minute walk. Got a garage so no parking issues . If I was being over critical the apartment is looking a bit tired but I would still stay here again.

Het is een mooi appartement met een geweldige ligging.

Mooi, alles aanwezig, ook airco, maar badmeubels aangetast en de terrastegels niet erg schoon. Verfwerk kan beter. Mooie vloeren, maar hier en daar zijn er in huis en op terras slijtages te zien. Douchedeuren en afvoer matig. Een terrasstoel was kapot. Verder helemaal oke, zeker gezien de prijs.

Great location

This penthouse apartment is in a great location for visiting Moraira. Right in the middle of the town near to many bars and restaurants and 2 minutes from the seafront. The apartment is a good size and has an excellent terrace with superb views. The only thing I can mark down is that the bathrooms are in need of some work - but other than this highly recommended. Easy car parking in the basement too.
