50' of beautiful Saginaw Bay waterfront with amazing sunsets along with views of Charity Island and Sand Point await you at our 3 bedroom, 1 bath, year round beach house. Sleeps 6 comfortably. Master bedroom has 1 queen. Middle bedroom has a twin over full bunk. Lakeview bedroom has 1 full. Bathroom has shower and washer/dryer. Fully equipped kitchen with mini Keurig, gas log fireplace, air conditioning, grill, tv, and DVD player. Knotty pine on walls and ceilings give an up north cabin feel. Swim the shallow waters. Perfect for young children. Relax. Shop or dine in downtown Caseville located 2.5 miles away. No smoking. No pets. Weekly rentals (Saturday-Saturday). Starting 2024, rentals will be Friday-Friday.

Very comfortable and relaxing stay

The cottage is very comfortable, clean, quiet and exactly as pictured. Enjoyed the deck and beach. Also appreciated the central air conditioning as a few of the nights were muggy and hot. This is our second year staying here for a week and hope to return again next year.

Amazing sunsets and beautiful beach

I loved my stay. Right on the beach. Amazing sunsets, barbecued, swan, fires on the beach, umbrellas to provide shade everything I needed. Close to Caseville. Enjoyed Lemontree for coffee, donuts, muffins and internet (internet in the cottage was spotty). Plan to book again!

Wonderful vacation on the beach

Jennifer’s cottage was very comfortable, lots of light from all the windows and also nice to have the air conditioner as the first night was very hot and humid. Kitchen had everything we needed as we cooked most every meal. Centrally located to Caseville and not that far to get to Port Austin. Had a couple of questions for Jennifer and she got right back to us. Enjoyed the beach/lake - an easy walk into the water (not a steep incline) and two sand bars before getting into deep water. Will definitely come back for another beach vacation!
