The kitchen has plenty of prep space in the form of polished granite countertops, along with drawers and cabinets stocked with essential cookware and dinnerware. There are also a number of labor-saving gadgets and top-of-the-line appliances here including a side-by-side refrigerator with ice maker, four-burner cooktop range, microwave oven, blender, coffeemaker, and dishwasher. Outside there's a charcoal grill if you want to try your hand at some good ol' southern BBQ!

There are two bedrooms located on the main floor, both of which have inviting queen-size beds. The master suite has private deck access and an attached bath with jetted tub and separate shower. The other two bedrooms are found downstairs and include an additional queen master suite with attached bath with Jacuzzi, as well as a kid-friendly guest room with a queen-size bed. With four bedrooms, two futons, and three bathrooms, this home sleeps up to 12 guests very comfortably!

WiFi is included and there are multiple cable TVs to let you keep up with all your favorite shows and movies. Sneak off with a good book to the downstairs sitting room with a second gas fireplace, or head into the attached game room with two stand-up arcade machines! Play some cornhole out on the large deck or soak away your cares in the private hot tub as you watch the sun set over the Smoky Mountains. There's also a catch and release pond a short drive away.

If your trip brings you to this home during the winter months, head just 18 miles south to the Ober Gatlinburg Ski Resort for prime skiing, snowboarding, and tubing. Or hop aboard the Great Smoky Mountain Railroad for year-round journeys by rail including the holiday-themed Polar Express, or a trip through the Nantahala Gorge.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
