Old, rural villa that has been recently renovated in a traditional style. It is situated at a fenced terrain of 10.000 meters in the region of Antequera. The holiday home is surrounded by olive trees, palm trees, almond trees, fruit trees and flowers. Enjoy the beautiful view over the mountains of Malaga and the Guadalhorce valley.

The holiday home is at about 7 kilometres from the village Villanueva de la Concepcion. The entrance to the house is in good condition.

The house has one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds and one bedroom with one single bed. There is a bathroom with shower. The living room has a fireplace and the kitchen is separate. In the kitchen, you find an oven a washing machine. The holiday home has electric heaters and air-conditioning.

Was für ein toller Ort zum Übernachten, in der Nähe von El Torcal und idealer Standort für eintägige Städtetrips nach Ronda, Cordoba und Granada. Die Aussicht ist großartig, der Pool herrlich und das Haus hat alles, was man sich wünscht. Was für eine tolle Möglichkeit, den Süden Spaniens zu erleben, ohne den Massentourismus, den ich mit der Küste um Malaga in Verbindung gebracht habe.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in Alleinlage in wunderschöner Umgebung. Sehr gut ausgestattet, alles vorhanden. Wir haben eine Woche mit unseren 3 Kindern (12, 9, 4 Jahre) dort verbracht. Fahrzeit 15 min zum nächstgrößeren Ort ( Villanueva de la Conception) und ca 30 min zur Autobahn mit vielen Kurven. Netter Empfang mit Obstkorb, gekühlten Getränken und einer Flasche Wein. Leider war das Wetter in der letzten Märzwoche dieses Jahr schlecht, so dass wir den Pool nicht nutzen konnten; bei tollem Wetter sicher ein absoluter Traum. Sehr zu empfehlen für alle, die Ruhe, Abgeschiedenheit und Natur mögen.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt geliebt. Ana Maria war sehr nett und freundlich und gab viele Tipps zu Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Haus war so gut für uns vorbereitet, mit Toilettenartikeln und Grundausstattung. Als wir ankamen, vermieden wir es, uns zu beeilen. Unglaubliche Ausblicke – atemberaubend!
