This Villa is fully furnished and amenities include satellite TV’s in the living room and all bedrooms, free wifi, full kitchen with all appliances and utensils including a beautiful 16-foot long exotic granite counter top from Brazil, A/C, laundry facilities, fenced wall around entire property with gated entrance, and maid service biweekly. Each bedroom has its own private terrace. There are 2 bedrooms on the top level, with a terrace that is very large and private, perfect for sunbathing, with spectacular ocean views of the Pacific Ocean. There are 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor main level living area. The 5th bedroom is on the ground floor with its own full kitchen and private entrance.
